  My experience with this company is completely the opposite of the negative reviewers i just read. In fact they make no sense at all. We just completed our second project with them and could not be more pleased. The showroom is beautiful and well organized, however it is a bit overwhelming. In the other showrooms I visited there were only 2 or 3 sales people to help but they were relatively not very busy and it was great not to have to wait. At CTD as they call themselves it was teeming with sales/designers and customers. I felt like I was in the right place. My wife and I with the help of 2 different design associates put together a really gorgeous combination of stone, ceramic and glass. Then a project manager took it over dealing with my contractor and various factories then hashed out some issues I learned later, but did not need to know about. All installed and perfect.
