  After a 2 month delay waiting for the supplys, the job took three weeks for a apprentice and a person who seemed knew more to install patio doors and two windows. The doors took two days and still after 3 months still won't lock properly. They are blaming the manufacture but I feel the personel missed the lock up by not knowing how to do the job. The company tried to install a window that did not have the right tinting ordered, had to wait a week for the right replacement glass. Last but not least they removed and replaced the window covering when we asked for the door lock to be worked on they refused to have the shades adjusted to open and close properly saying in the contract we signed was suppose to say that they do not do window coverings and the installers are not qualified to do this but they install doors windows etc??? Looked at the contract no such warning. When working on the patio doors having difficulty with the fit because the size was not correct, cut corners when working on the molding using paint and putty to cover up their poor workmanship. We had a poor experience dealing with the project manager.

  Very trustworthy. I needed to help my parents get new windows so I looked on the web at reviews, websites and called around to a few places. When I met with the folks at Charles Windows I knew they where the ones to that had my interest in mind, listened to what I was telling them and then they helped me make a good decision. I needed quality windows that were going to look great and last but not top of the line wood windows. They explained the various choices and what the pros and cons were plus showed me some samples. In the end I was very comfortable with the choice I helped my parents with and trusted them to not gip me since I couldn't be there to supervise the installation. My mom told me that they were all super nice and cleaned up afterwards. Definately a great job at an excellent price and when I need windows Charles is where I am going back to.
