  Electronics Plus is a nice store, but its appeal may be diminishing. It's nice to be able to walk into a brick-and-mortar store to buy LEDs and Diodes, but it may not appeal to those who are either knowledgeable about what they want, or can wait two days to get the parts they need from Amazon or DigiKey/Mouser. This store has been here for a while. It was nice to browse, but it reminded me of a ham radio store. Old men that looked like they didn't want any "dern kids in there looking for them newfangled Arduinos." They were friendly enough when I went to checkout, but were genuinely shocked when I said I'd heard of them via Word of Mouth. I'd summarize as - This place was absolutely the bees knees 20 years ago. It's like a super RadioShack before it became RadioSprint. They are knowledgeable, and you can tell that they are actually interested in electronics. If you need something in a pinch, chances are they have it. If you can wait a few days, you may prefer getting it online.

  Fantastic collection of electronic equipment. Friendly well informed people answering questions and giving suggestions. I'm glad this place is here. Parking may be a problem at times, but that's San Rafael.
