  Worst experience of my life , ,ordered a couch ,that wouldnt fit in my living room with all the pieces ,so customer service said just refuse and they will issue a credit to my card ,now 2 days later they keep calling trying to charge my card again for the pieces that were refused ,after i explained this to them they said only a hold has been placed on my card,called my bank Macys was paid in full..and that they owe me 740 dollars ,just like the original person said when i refused the other pieces..it is very simple i paid for 1800 worth of furniture and received 1084 worth of furniture .now ive had to call my bank dispute the whole transaction ,then get re billed for the 1084 ,all this is tying up my money for 16 days ...i will never buy from Macys again and will yelp, google review and also put my complaints on the website under the furniture i bought but hey its not like you will do anything .ps maybe someone that has any authority can call me and save a customer ,but problaly wont hear anything
