She seemed to know what she was doing....but discovered after spending 3 hours in the store she connected my new phone to my wife's number. Had my phone number connected to NO device! Only discovered when I started getting my wife's work calls. Took another 2 1/2 hours to fix the mess. Sprint stores and customer service is atrocious!!! Avoid this store at all costs!!
