  Worst customer service ever, blotted bills, they always lie about the speed of WiFi and when I complain, I was told that I was lying. I will never go back to at&t again.

  These guys really try, they are the face of a giant corporation that seems to make things more difficult but it is so nice to have a human to talk out the problem with. They do the best they can to provide quality service which is all I can ask for from a giant telecom company. Sonic is better but Comcast is so much worse.
